Thanks to the low-code/no-code movement, and #MicrosoftDynamics365, my lack of technical background doesn’t deter me from helping organizations capitalize on and experience digital transformation. From configuring and developing functionality to take time-consuming, paper-intensive business processes and convert them into a few simple clicks of a mouse, to guiding end-users step-by-step as they enter the digital realm – I am passionate about removing barriers blocking organizations from leveraging the power and simplicity of today’s technologies.
I started this journey unaware of what a relational database was, and the extent of my coding background was copying and pasting HTML tags into my Myspace banner in middle school (yikes). I am now communicating my client’s needs to developers, reading and writing JavaScript/FetchXML, and excelling in a career within the Tech industry. Everyday I get to engage with my clients and their users by leveraging my passion for people to reimagine how they execute their work all while guiding them toward becoming #lowcodenocode enthusiasts themselves!
There’s nothing more exciting than being a part of a project that allows people to reach more customers, provide more services, and extend their value-add to our communities. If I could do it, so can you – and that’s my motto when training users on how to utilize #MicrosoftDynamics to unleash their best work while optimizing the management of their data.
I might not know everything there is to know in the tech world, but you can count on me to be learning my way there and loving every second of the journey.
